What is the SDE Clinical Consultation and how is it different from the Audit?
The SDE Clinical Consultation ($997) is a longer-form, one-to-one session with Dr. Mogire that goes beyond lab review into clinical decision-making: should I start a statin? Is my blood pressure management best for my profile? Should my cardiologist be considering a CAC score for me given my family history and Lp(a)? Is my TRT regimen safe given my cardiovascular risk? This is a physician consultation, not a risk assessment educational session.
The Audit is designed to identify gaps and build the framework. The Clinical Consultation is designed for men who already have the framework and need a physician's judgment on a specific clinical decision they are facing. Both are conducted by Dr. Mogire via secure telemedicine. Clients often begin with the Audit and proceed to the Clinical Consultation when specific clinical decisions require physician-level input.
What to do: If you are at the point of deciding whether to start a medication, request a referral, or make a significant change in your cardiovascular management approach, the Clinical Consultation, not the Audit, is the right product.
