Mogire Cardiac Risk Audit

What happens if the Audit finds something serious?

Evidence rating

If the Audit identifies a finding that requires urgent clinical action, a blood pressure reading that suggests hypertensive urgency, a symptom pattern suggesting acute coronary syndrome, a resting heart rate or rhythm finding that warrants same-day evaluation, Dr. Mogire will direct you to appropriate care immediately and directly. The Audit is an educational and risk-assessment consultation conducted by a licensed physician; it carries the clinical responsibility that implies.

For non-urgent but significant findings, ApoB above 140 mg/dL, Lp(a) above 70 nmol/L, a CAC score from prior imaging showing moderate-to-high burden, the Audit output includes a prioritized action plan with specific next steps, specific physician conversation language, and specific questions to ask at your next specialist appointment. The goal is not to create dependency on SDE for ongoing clinical management but to give you the informed patient status that changes the quality of every subsequent clinical encounter.

What to do: The Audit is a starting point, not a replacement for an ongoing physician relationship. Its value is in identifying the gaps and building the framework. The ongoing clinical management belongs with a physician you can see in person.
