What is Dr. Mogire's long-term vision for Stop Dying Early?

Evidence rating

The clinical vision is specific: to contribute meaningfully to reducing the premature cardiovascular mortality that kills men 35–55 at rates that the evidence base says are preventable. The operational vision is a platform that occupies the cardiovascular prevention content space for the men most at risk, men who are health-engaged but under-served by race-neutral guidance, men whose first-degree relatives have died of preventable cardiac events, men who have invested in their health through wearables and labs and still lack the clinical interpretation layer.

The longer-term ambition includes race-specific cardiovascular content in formats and languages accessible to Black and African diaspora men globally, in English and Swahili, in the community contexts (faith communities, diaspora professional networks, expat medical communities) where cardiovascular education currently reaches least. The diaspora carries the cardiac inheritance described in Category 24. The diaspora deserves the clinical conversation that addresses it specifically. That is the work that extends beyond the current platform structure and toward something larger. The foundation is being built now.

What to do: If this vision resonates with you and you are in a position to contribute, as a community leader, a physician colleague, a professional network organizer, or simply a man who has benefited and wants to help others in his circle benefit too, reach out through stopdyingearly.com.
