What does "Stop Dying Early" actually mean to Dr. Mogire personally?
I was born in Sengera, Kenya. I trained in medicine. I completed cardiology. I now stand at the junction where men arrive who did not get the prevention conversation they deserved, in the cardiac critical care unit, often at 2 or 3 AM, managing an event that was predictable and measurable and preventable if someone had looked at the right numbers in the right context three years earlier.
Omwana baba, the father's child. Every man who dies at 51 of a preventable MI leaves children who carry that loss for the rest of their lives. Every man who arrives in my ICU in cardiogenic shock at 48 has been, in some sense, failed by a healthcare system that was not built to give him the specific, individualized risk conversation he needed before the anatomy became unavoidable. Stop Dying Early is the most direct possible name for what this platform is about. Not longevity optimization. Not biohacking. Not living to 120. Just: not dying before you were supposed to. Not leaving before your children were ready for you to go. That is the clinical and personal purpose of every piece of content on this platform.
What to do: Share this platform with a man in your life who is 35–55, who takes his health seriously, and who has not yet had the complete cardiovascular risk conversation. The most likely man in his circle to prevent his early cardiac death is not his physician, it is the person who cares enough to send him this.
